If you believe that a product offered for sale infringes your rights, please submit a report following the procedure below. After review, we will take the necessary measures, including promptly suspending the sale of the relevant product.

Report Email

Please include the following

• Name/company name and contact details of the reporting party (rights holder)
• The URL of the product claimed to be infringing
• The type of right held (trademark / copyright / portrait right, etc.) and supporting evidence
• A description of the alleged infringement

How we handle reports

Reports received are reviewed in order. Where infringement is reasonably substantiated, we will proceed with measures such as suspending the sale of the relevant product.
